All subscriptions are processed securely via PayPal. You can cancel anytime.

If you subscribed using your PayPal account, follow these steps:

Log in at paypal.com

Click your profile icon โ†’ Settings (gear icon)

Click Payments in the top menu

Select "Manage automatic payments"

Find VivaSculpt Studio in the list

Click Cancel โ†’ confirm cancellation
โ†’ Go directly to PayPal Automatic Payments

If you paid as a guest with a card, contact PayPal support directly to cancel.

After cancellation Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that date, you will lose access to VivaSculpt Studio. You can resubscribe at any time.

When will I be charged?
Starter: after your 7-day free trial ends, then every 30 days. Pro: immediately upon subscribing, then every 30 days.
Can I get a refund?
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by your local consumer protection law. Contact us within 48 hours of an unexpected charge and we'll do our best to help.
Can I switch from Starter to Pro?
Yes โ€” cancel your Starter plan and subscribe to Pro. Your Starter access continues until the end of the current period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your cycle tracking data and progress are stored locally in your browser. Cancelling your subscription does not delete this data โ€” it remains on your device.
I cancelled but was still charged. What do I do?
Email hello@vivasculptstudioapp.com with your PayPal transaction ID and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
